hair diaries: part 2

So I did my hair again and I decided to go short or go home. I know this post is long overdue but it could wait, the struggle to get through finals was long and painful I don't think I had the capacity to churn out a blogpost.

Went back to Nine to get my hair done during the small amounts of free time I had between work and school and decided to go for an ash purple/brown shade which turned out way darker than what I expected. I mean I was blonde previously so I guess anything darker would be a huge difference.

I did kind of regret going darker because having blonde hair was fun (albeit the high maintenance which is kinda unavoidable) but I can't do anything except wait for my hair to grow out again because if I bleach my hair any more I will really go bald.

Aside from that Yoshi, as always, did a really good job on the cut and colour and I grew to like the ashy purple/brown. Currently my hair is a more vibrant purple though because I just wanted a change, but like I mentioned in my previous post, if you're going for that ashy-toned look i'd definitely recommend Nine by Sweet Basil for their amazing service and hair colour choices.

Flew to Melbourne in December for a holiday with the fam and I decided that it was one of the few times that I thoroughly enjoyed myself for all the eight days. The weather was pretty chill so I could walk around in a leather jacket and not die of heat (!!!!) even though it was supposed to be summer thank god I was blessed with decent weather at about 20 degrees?

Day one was just us walking along chapel street and taking a look at the shops they had. Mostly the local brands which I loved but sadly could not afford to buy from. I managed to get two tops from a shop called The Bronze Snake Shop where they had really affordable pieces of like amaze quality. Me and my sister went into like all the shops and came out with nothing because our wallets were really not prepared for the prices, but it's worth taking a trip down if you're willing to splurge for sure.

Day two we spent half the day in the car travelling to Apollo Bay along Great Ocean Road which was such a tourist thing to do but the weather was soooooo nice and although it rained and we couldn't walk around much the view from the ride was really nice. And I forced my dad to stop the car on the way back so we could get off and walk on the beach and shoot for my outfit (and also take family photos of course, but mostly shoot for my outfit). I got some really good photos though and it was nice to just appreciate the scenery which obviously does not exist in Singapore. And also this was the day I wore something similar to Kylie Jenner (!!!!!!!!!!!!) and almost died because she is really a huge style icon.

Day three and four will be up soon I promise so stay tuned to this page for more photos
